How can I check out your online course(s) for my employees?
If you have human resources or benefits training responsibilities, my comprehensive e-learning course 'Understanding Your Federal Benefits" is currently available for FERS-covered employees. If you or a member of your team would like to review the entire course content to determine if you want to purchase access for your employees, simply contact me using the form at the bottom of the page or call me at (833) 436-7431. I'll provide you with a free, limited-time login so that you or members of your team can access the entire course and have adequate time for your review.
The introduction and first lesson of the course are free. You can always view these sections without requesting access in order to get an overview of the type of content and delivery that your employees will get throughout the course.

What can you tell me about the instructor and your company?

How can I be assured that you're not trying to sell my employees financial products or services?
Federal Benefits Online is a national education provider and only offers employee benefits training for Federal agencies and their employees. It is not a broker-dealer, investment advisory firm, insurance company, or agency and does not provide any investment or insurance related advice or products.
Can my agency purchase your course for its employees?
Yes. Federal Benefits Online is an approved government contractor. You'll find my company in a search at sam.gov, or email me for our CAGE code. We can accept payment with a government credit card, and will work with you to provide enrollment information to each of your employees.
Do you offer a bulk discount if I purchase the course for many employees?
Yes. If you are interested in making the course available to a large group of employees, contact me with details about your group to request a group discount.
What if employees have questions about the course material or need assistance with their account?
As their instructor, I want to help your employees to better understand the value of their benefits and how to use them wisely. Employees can contact me directly by email or phone with their questions. And I'll work closely with them to provide encouragement to complete the course.
How can I be assured my employees completed the assigned course?
A report listing the employees enrolled which includes the percentage of the course that has been completed by each employee can be provided to you to assist you in tracking their progress.
What if I want employees to take a test to check their knowledge?
An online quiz that includes questions from each of the sections can be available. After completing the course, you may require your employees to take the quiz if you desire. You can also request a report of employees who have successfully completed the quiz.
Can you award a certificate to employees who completed the course?
Yes. A personalized Certificate of Completion can be e-mailed to each employee for printing and display. A report of those employees who have received completion certificates can also be provided.
