I’ve spoken to thousands of Federal employees throughout my career. Our company works closely with Federal agencies to educate Federal employees about their benefits. During our sessions we ask participants to complete an evaluation form and to comment on both the course and the instructor.

It’s gratifying to read the comments after the sessions. We always receive great feedback from the people who attend, but our programs are typically full-day sessions from 8 am until 4 pm with breaks and lunch during the day. It’s a lot of information to absorb, but we do our best to keep everyone engaged.

Many participants say ‘I wish I would have attended this class ten years ago’ or ‘this information should be mandatory for every new employee’. But every once in a while, I get a comment that makes me smile --- like this one from a recent, candid seminar attendee:

“Thoroughly enjoyed the content and speaker. Spoke with great candor and jokes, yet was very professional. Can honestly say I was not bored or sleepy at any time!”

To speak all day about an exciting subject like Federal employee benefits, and not put this gentleman to sleep --- well, what more could I ask for? ;)
